The purpose of the information collected is to provide services, follow up on inquiries, and compile statistics that are used to improve our services.

These cookies are used to record that you have visited our website previously, while some are used for retargeting advertisements you have shown interest in before. Web Analytics

We collect visitor statistics for vecora.no using the analytics tools Google Analytics and Hotjar. In this context, information is stored about how the website is used, which pages are visited, how users navigate between segments on the page, how long the visit lasts, which website you came from, and information about the client you are using. None of the stored information can be used to identify you as an individual.

The purpose of web analytics is to help us understand user behavior so that we can improve the experience of our websites. Anonymized visitor statistics will be shared with advertisers and may be publicly disclosed.

Meeting Appointment

To make it easier for you to contact us, you can schedule a meeting with one of our advisors directly on vecora.no. For this, we use a service provided by Hubspot and calendar through G Suite from Google. The information you provide is what you choose to disclose when you contact us, such as your name, email address, date and time of the meeting, and whom you are scheduling the meeting with. The purpose of storing this information in the calendar is to reserve time for and remember the meeting you have scheduled, as well as to maintain your and the organization's history. Our employees' calendars are openly available to everyone in our organization. The service provider does not have legal access to this data. Data is stored online with the service provider, in addition to potentially being stored locally on our employees' devices.

Assignments and Archiving

We process personal data under assignments for clients. There are no limits to the types of information we process, but only personal data necessary to complete the assignment will be stored. It is common that our client and principal must have a legal basis for processing these data initially, and access to the information is limited to employees involved in executing the assignment internally with us.

All personal data is deleted after the assignment is completed. Regular clients often have an archiving agreement with us. The archiving agreement is made for 24 months and can be renewed. The archiving agreement allows us to continue storing work files, which may contain personal data, beyond the original assignment and enables, for example, new or updated prints of printed materials. All personal data is deleted immediately when the client no longer has an archiving agreement with us.

Data is stored with Google and locally on our devices.

By filling out forms via other services or platforms than the website vecora.no, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar, you consent to being contacted if you leave your contact information there.
